We are local to Austin, Texas, but able to serve nationally.
Chief Executive Officer
Juan Cuellar brings over two decades of transformative leadership and strategic planning, and execution expertise to complex business challenges. A former US Army Officer and Diplomat, he combines proven success in high-stakes portfolio management with a rare foundation in applied ethics and political philosophy. He is an expert in translating high-level policy and strategy (including advising on legislative recommendations and international frameworks) into measurable organizational change.

Melissa Burgess leverages over 17 years of experience in healthcare and government contracting to help organizations achieve operational excellence. With a career built at the intersection of strategy, execution, and impact, Melissa specializes in guiding clients through complex initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, and deliver measurable results. She has led high-profile projects in partnership with federal and state agencies, healthcare systems, and technology firms, bringing a unique ability to align operational strategy with mission-driven goals. Her expertise spans program and project management, process optimization, and organizational transformation—always with a focus on improving outcomes for patients, communities, and stakeholders.

Jerry Lopez is a retired senior intelligence officer with over 20 years of U.S. government service, including leadership roles in the CIA and as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer. Fluent in Spanish and experienced across Latin America, he led international operations, oversight, and partnerships with U.S. and foreign entities. Known for his collaborative leadership and strategic insight, Jerry now applies his expertise to growth companies.

Stephanie Froelich is a Business Intelligence and Data Project Leader with over 20 years of experience driving technology, analytics, and process improvements across healthcare, finance, HR, and government operations. Skilled in overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, developing secure data solutions, and delivering executive dashboards that empower leadership to track performance and optimize outcomes.
